Continued: I was on the edge of leaving the hobby few years ago, cause doing this thing alone isn’t fun. Then I’ve found out about RC heli podcasts and this brought back the joy to the hobby. As stupid as it may sound listening to other people bsing about those toys mitigates the ”loneliness” and encourages to get on with flying. I don’t know what is it about your podcast, but it feels like you guys a pack of my friends from the field. If you won’t consider V2... I’m rage leaving the hobby :P

That’s really sad to see you guys go. Where I’m at there’s almost nobody left flying RC helis. We used to be quite a big team for years, but now there’s just me and one other guy left, and we actually rarely meet on the field. I guess times change, old guys found other things to do and young people just aren’t interested in flying lawnmowers, or they simply can’t afford it. For me this hobby isn’t only about flying helis, it’s about spending time with people with similar issues.

My favorite memory is from the first episode I listened to. I laughed so hard because I thought Ian said his ” was sore from all the wenching”. After closer review I heard the dreaded Discord and wrenching words he always mumbles. #dicksorewench. Love you guys, gonna miss yeah. Hope to see you at the rodeo.
