I'm a few years late commenting on this, but with the power supplies you should float the DC ground side not both the AC and DC ground. Not all of them are built the same but if you have the ability to only isolate the DC side then it just takes a couple of nylon or plastic washers to separate the chassis ground from the DC side of the power supply.
