Raga has a nice tx glove that uses truck batt n a umbilical cord ;) I usually turn on tx inside glove get into hold unplug heat and move Heli to flight line then walk back to put glove on put hands in then fly. Yes very awkward. Hk has a thinner light weight glove my other club mate uses but flimsy ? Worse part of glove is the top screen part gets in the the way so I ve built a stick structure to keep the screen part of the glove spaced up away from hands n sticks. Never use to have a issue with cold then I got partial frost bite n my fingers freeze up like ice cube n finger joints hurt. So gotta use the glove. Plus the glove makes great lipo warmer till I get to the club. I made my hk heater controller with multi pluggable so I can use 12v in car as warmer. Made a 20' umbilical to fly with heat. Then I have a dean/xt60 so I can plug a 3s2200 in. Problem is the hk controller doesn't read voltage so it will over discharge. So I add a beeper Voltage checker when using lipo

Ok winter after 12 yrs of flying I own a radio warm tx glove with the hobby king heater n heat pads. My wife keeps me supplied in instant hand warmers. Toe warmers are a must too. Ok I own a canoe and use to go cat fishing in middle of the night on canoe so I bought a 5lb (1.5gal) propane tank and a harbor freight Inferred burner. It can be blown out so windy days it sucks but no wind it will cook you if you get to close.
